Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Wolamart Marketing Monitor (the “Application”), operated by Wolamart at https://googleads.wolamart.com.

1. Internal use only

The Application is a private, internal business tool. It is not offered to the public, has no public registration, and is not sold or licensed to anyone. Access is limited to authorized Wolamart staff holding credentials issued by an administrator. Any other access is unauthorized.

2. Scope of the service

The Application reads data, on a read-only basis, from marketing accounts that Wolamart owns and manages — Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics 4 properties, and Instagram Business accounts under our own Meta Business Manager — and presents that data as internal reports and alerts. It does not create, modify, publish, or delete anything on those platforms.

3. Acceptable use

  • Credentials are personal and must not be shared.
  • Data shown in the Application is confidential business information and must not be redistributed outside Wolamart without authorization.
  • Users must not attempt to bypass access controls or to use the Application for any purpose other than monitoring Wolamart’s own marketing performance.

4. Third-party platforms

Use of the Application also involves Google and Meta Platforms APIs. Our use of those APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. Those platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect the data the Application can display.

5. Accuracy and availability

Reports are provided for internal operational purposes and are presented “as is”. Figures depend on data supplied by third-party platforms and may be delayed, restated, or incomplete — particularly for the current month. The Application may be unavailable during maintenance. No warranty of accuracy or availability is given, and decisions made from these reports remain the responsibility of the user.

6. Privacy

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
