Data Deletion Instructions

Wolamart Marketing Monitor is an internal tool operated by Wolamart. It has no public sign-up and no end users: it reads data only from marketing accounts that Wolamart itself owns (Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics properties, and Instagram Business accounts owned by our own Meta Business Manager).

Because the Application never asks any member of the public to log in or grant access, it holds no personal data belonging to Instagram or Facebook users. Instagram data we store is limited to aggregate statistics about our own accounts and the content we ourselves published. We do not store follower identities, direct messages, or comment text.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to wolaassistant@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • the Instagram username, Facebook Page, Google Ads account ID, or website concerned; and
  • whether you want the stored data deleted, or access revoked as well.

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, then reply to confirm that it is done.

2. What gets deleted

  • Instagram — the stored account record, daily metrics, monthly summaries, and per-content metrics for that account are permanently removed from our database.
  • Google Ads — the stored account record, daily snapshots, alerts, and monthly summaries for that account.
  • Google Analytics — the stored property record and its monthly summaries.
  • Telegram — the stored chat ID and display name of the recipient.

3. Immediate self-service options

You can also stop our access yourself at any time, without contacting us:

  • Instagram / Facebook — in Meta Business Manager, open Business Settings → Users → System Users and remove the asset permissions for the Page or Instagram account, or remove the app entirely. Our access stops immediately.
  • Google — revoke authorization at your Google Account permissions, or remove the Service Account’s access to the Analytics property.
  • Telegram — send /stop to our notification bot; your chat ID and name are deleted right away.

Revoking access stops any further data collection, but does not by itself erase data already stored. To erase it, please also send the deletion request described in section 1.

4. Automatic deletion

Independently of any request, Google Ads daily performance snapshots older than approximately 35 days are purged automatically. Monthly summaries and Instagram content metrics are kept for long-term trend analysis, because the source platforms delete older insight data and it can no longer be retrieved once lost.
